What AI does, what people do, and what happens to your data

Symptomato provides health information and guidance. It does not provide a medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for consultation with a specialist.

What does AI do? It structures information.

AI asks structured questions, organises your answers and documents, brings up relevant previous cases and keeps the case in order. It does not make medical decisions and does not issue guidance on its own.

What does a specialist do?

A specialist reviews your case and the guidance before you receive it, adds the clinical context that matters for your situation and can correct or change what the structured intake produced.

  • The clinical scenarios used in the intake are written and reviewed by practising clinicians.

  • Protocols and referral pathways are adapted for each jurisdiction.

What happens to your data?

  • What is stored

Your cases, symptoms, uploaded documents, test results, the guidance you received and what happened afterwards. This is what makes your health memory work when you come back.

  • Who can access it

Role-based access. Your case is visible to you and to the specialists reviewing it. Nobody else sees it unless you share it.

  • How long it is stored

For as long as your account is active, so your history is there when something changes. Lawful basis, minimisation and retention periods are defined for each deployment under GDPR and stated in the privacy policy.

  • Can you delete or export it?

Yes. You can request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted at any time.

  • Audit trail

Every case, escalation and review is traceable.

Choose the format that suits you.

Every case is reviewed by a specialist, and the guidance takes your situation into account. Pay for a single case or choose a pack of several.
